Lu'S Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
5 lb. white flour
4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
5 tsp. salt
4 c. warm water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in the two cups warm water.
Add the one tablespoon sugar and set aside.
Mix together the flours, sugar, shortening and salt until crumbly.
Add to the yeast mixture along with the four cups of water.
Mix by hand.
Cover and let rise overnight.
