Chili #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (12 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (12 oz.) can baked beans
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown ground beef and drain off grease.
    Add green peppers and onion; saute until soft.
    Add the spices and seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Drain and rinse kidney beans and add them to the pot.
    Add baked beans and brown sugar; simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Makes 1 gallon.
