Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Blend.
    Add chicken soup, then cook until thick.
    Add chicken.
    Spread in shallow pan and chill until stiff.
    Cut into cutlets with biscuit cutter. Roll in crumbs, then beaten egg then crumbs again.
    Fry in deep fat about 1 1/2 inches deep until brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
