1 c. water with 2 tsp. soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix together water with soda and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well; pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0.
