Hearty Healthy Chicken Fettuccine Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. canned chicken broth
    8 oz. frozen broccoli, red bell pepper, onions and mushrooms, mixed (or similar combination)
    1 (12.5 oz.) can Valley Fresh white chicken in water, drained
    6 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
    4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
    Mix together cornstarch, Mrs. Dash, pepper and broth.
    Stir into onion mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add vegetables and chicken.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, until hot. Spoon over cooked pasta.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
