Lemon Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices fresh white bread
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 1/2 c. milk
3 large eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut the slices of bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
Heat the butter in a frypan and fry the bread cubes until golden brown.
Put them in a baking dish.
