Chili And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    chili powder to taste
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    grated cheese
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown meat; add tomato paste and onion.
    Mix.
    Add beans; do not drain.
    Mix well.
    Add chili powder to taste.
    Simmer for 1 hour or longer.
    To serve, add grated cheese and salsa, if desired.
    Delicious with garlic bread, corn muffins or tortilla chips.
