Chicken And Dressing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10 3/4 to 11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. drained, cooked, chopped broccoli
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. butter/margarine
1/3 c. milk
2 stalks chopped celery
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Preparation

In a 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water and butter to boiling.
In large bowl, pour hot water over stuffing mix.
Toss to mix well.
Pat 1/2 of the stuffing mix into the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
In a second bowl, stir together soup, mayo, milk, chicken, celery, broccoli and seasoning until well mixed. Spoon evenly over stuffing mix; top with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
