Chili-Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped green onions
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Add next 5 ingredients; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until thickened.
