Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. Bertolli olive oil
    1 Tbsp. dill weed or more to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in blender and blend well.
    Pour into a large bowl, cover and chill.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
