Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) green peas
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
10 slices crisp bacon
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Stir together the first 7 ingredients, toss well. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Toss pea mixture with mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. Serve immediately. You can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serves 10-15.
