Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. 1-inch rhubarb pieces
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 1/2 tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
4 c. strawberries
1 c. raisins
CRISP TOPPING
Preparation

Layer rhubarb, strawberries and raisins.
Drain juice from pineapple to mix with arrowroot powder.
Pour pineapple and juice mixture over other ingredients.
Add CRISP TOPPING and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
