Wheat And Sunflower Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 1/2 c. water (105~ to 115~)
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk solids
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    2 to 3 c. bread, whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
    1 egg white (for brushing)
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand 15 minutes until yeast foams.
    Add sugar and dry milk.
    Stir in salt, oil, 2 cups whole wheat flour and sunflower seeds.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in the remaining flour.
    Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Take out dough and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Put into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until loaves test done.
