Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Beat in oil and eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in carrots and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
