Zesty Gameburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground burger
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato puree
salt and pepper
Zesty Italian salad dressing

Preparation

Mix tomato puree, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add meat; mix all together.
Pour a little dressing into frying pan and put in patties.
Cover and reduce heat.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
