"Low-Fat" Angel Food Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    1 pt. strawberries, sliced
    1 small can crushed pineapple (in juice)
    1 small container lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Put sliced bananas, strawberries and drained pineapple into bowl.
    Mix in 1/2 of Cool Whip (set aside).
    Cut off top layer of angel food cake, keeping intact.
    With a knife, dig a \"dredge\" in remaining cake and fill with fruit mixture.
    Put top back on cake and spread remaining Cool Whip on cake and refrigerate 1 hour.
