Greens With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. Canadian bacon, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    16 c. chopped greens
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large pot, heat oil and saute the bacon and garlic for 2 to 4 minutes.
    Add the greens and lemon juice.
    Cook until the greens are limp, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Season with salt to taste.
    Preparation time is 10 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
