Baked Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Pound chicken into cutlets about 1/4-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Place 1 tablespoon green onion, 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 tablespoon butter on cutlet and roll up the meat, enclosing the mixture by tucking in the sides.
    Roll each roll in flour, then eggs and then bread crumbs.
    Brush with melted butter and place on foil lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
