Ground Pork Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/4 c. chopped yellow onion
    1 c. green onions (tops included)
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 flour tortillas
    6 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Preparation
    Saute pork with onion until browned and cooked through.
    Add green onion, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Cook on medium low for 2 minutes or until onions are tender.
    Warm tortillas at 300\u00b0 for a few minutes.
    Spread 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce on each tortilla.
    Divide pork mixture in center of each.
    Roll up each tortilla so meat mixture is enclosed tightly.
    Garnish with sliced peppers and serve with fried rice.
