Liver Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. stock
Preparation
    Cover liver with hot water; simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain liquid and reserve for stock.
    Put liver and onion through food chopper using medium blade.
    Add remaining ingredients except bacon to the ground liver mixture.
    Form into loaf in a 5 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with bacon slices.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
