Miniature Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nut meats
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
1 large firm banana
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into paper cupcake liners in 2 1/4-inch muffin tins.
Freeze and store in plastic bag after individual servings are frozen or pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Freeze.
Cut in squares to serve.
