Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken (white meat only)
    2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. tiny frozen peas, thawed and drained (do not cook)
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    a little pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
Preparation
    Cube cooked chicken.
    Dice celery and drain peas.
    Mix lemon juice and salt with chicken, celery, peas and grated onion.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add cut up eggs.
    When you are ready to serve, add 1 cup or more of mayonnaise, sufficient to hold the mixture together.
    Make salad moist.
