Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix all together to make stiff dough.
    Roll out very thin on floured board.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Slice 1/4-inch wide and let dry 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling broth; cook uncovered about 10 minutes.
    Salt to taste.
    Makes 3 cups.
