Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavor
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased pie plates.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
