Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. Karo syrup
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Beat until creamy.
    Spread on cake.
