Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mini Oreo bite size cookies
1 qt. any flavor ice cream, softened
1 (9-inch) baked pastry crust
Preparation

Stir cookies into softened ice cream; spread in prepared crust.
Freeze two to three hours or until firm.
Let stand five to ten minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
Makes eight servings.
