Chiso No Agemono - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chiso leaves or chiso seeds (young)
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. katakuriko (potato starch)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sake
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except chiso to make batter.
Dip leaves or seeds in batter and deep fry.
