Flounder Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. flounder fillets
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Roll up fish fillets.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Pour milk over; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
