Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3/4 c. cooked dry rice
    5 to 6 peppers, cleaned
Preparation
    Cook peppers 7 to 10 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Sprinkle salt in skillet; brown ground beef.
    Add garlic and tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
    Take off stove and add chili powder, pepper, onion and rice.
    Fill peppers; top with cheese.
    Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0. Freezes beautifully.
