Spinach In Bread Bed - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained
2 loaves crusty bread (round)
2 minced onions
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Knorr veggy soup mix
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, diced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except bread.
Cut circle and hollow out 1 loaf of bread.
Put filling inside.
Cut remaining loaf into cubes.
Place cubes around bread and spinach bed.
Serve with knife to spread over the the cubes.
