Simply Tomatoes(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large tomatoes
3 Tbsp. shredded fresh basil
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
cracked black pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Core the tomatoes and cut them crosswise in to thick slices. Divide among individual plates.
Sprinkle with the basil garlic and pepper.
Drizzle with the oil.
