Wisconsin Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, softened
    1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt together the cheese and butter.
    Sift together the sugar and cocoa.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nonfat dry milk, vanilla and nuts.
    Pat into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill.
    Makes 3 pounds.
    (Recipe can be doubled.)
