Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Toast pecan halves at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix cinnamon, salt and sugar. Beat egg whites. Blend egg whites and dry ingredients. Pour pecans into mixture. Melt butter in cookie sheet. Pour pecan mixture into melted butter. Spread evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn at least every 10 minutes.
