Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) raspberry or strawberry jello (dry)
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 box white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in small pieces and place in bottom of oblong cake pan.
Mix jello and sugar.
Pour 1 cup water in corner of pan. Mix cake mix and butter.
Sprinkle over top of rhubarb.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
