Spinach-Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium tomatoes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
3 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper
salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. thyme
dash of hot sauce
Preparation
-
Cut tops from tomatoes.
Large tomatoes can be halved.
Remove pulp, leaving shells intact.
Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper.
