No Knead "French" Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 1/2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in a very large bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt in 1 cup warm water.
    Add to yeast mixture and mix well.
    Add shortening.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Stir 5 times, 10 minutes apart.
