Pocinhos De Amendoim(South American Peanut Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shelled, roasted peanuts, ground (3 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, combine ground peanuts and milk.
    Cook and stir over medium-low heat until the mixture forms a ball around the spoon and pulls away from sides of pan, about 5 minutes.
    Cool; chill slightly (30 minutes).
    Form mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
    Makes about 6 dozen.
