Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blackberries
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and milk and beat with electric mixer.
    Spread on bottom of greased 10 x 6-inch pan.
    Combine 1 cup berries and water; mash and strain.
    Add water to make 1 cup juice.
    Set aside.
    Sprinkle 3 cups berries over batter, then sugar.
    Pour juice over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (preheat oven).
    Serve warm.
