Frieda'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    2 grated carrots
    1 finely cut onion
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt (I use 1 tsp.)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. (scant) sugar
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil.
    Pour over coleslaw.
    May be stored in refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
