Reuben Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained and chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can of corned beef
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    salad oil
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and onion. Add sauerkraut, corned beef, and 1/4 c. bread crumbs; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in flour, dip in milk then into the remaining 3/4 c. bread crumbs. Pour salad oil into fryer to depth of two inches. Fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until brown.
    These can be made ahead and reheated. Makes about 50 appetizers.
