Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. catsup
3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use as a filling between lightly buttered slices of sandwich bread.
Trim crust if desired.
Cut each sandwich diagonally in 4 triangles.
Makes 2/3 cup filling.
