Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet sausage
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. parsley
1 lb. bread dough
Preparation

Fry sausage (taken out of casings) and add garlic and Italian seasonings, if desired.
Drain well.
Mix the beaten egg with parsley and then add the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Roll out the dough, length longer than width, in a rectangle shape.
Mix the sausage in with cheese and egg mixture.
Put in the middle of the dough and spread it out, leaving about 1/2-inch around the edges. Roll the dough up and put in a bread pan (greased).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
