Quick And Easy Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up, salted and peppered
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 envelope dry onion mix
2 cans water
Preparation

Sprinkle rice in bottom of 3 to 4-quart casserole.
Place on rice.
Mix together soup, water and soup mix and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0, then bake about 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
If a bit dry when finished, add 1/2 cup water and replace cover for a few minutes.
