Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    4 egg yolks
    1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add boiling water while stirring constantly.
    Cook until thick in double boiler.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cook about 2 minutes longer.
    Add lemon juice and rinds and cook until thick.
    Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell. Cover with meringue.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes until brown.
