Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Fold in sour cream.
Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Add topping of your choice (suggest Comstock).
