Beef Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3 green peppers, cut in half and seeded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    3/4 c. rice (Minute rice)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook green pepper halves in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
    Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup catsup and pepper halves.
    Pack approximately 1/2 cup of meat mixture in each pepper half.
    Top with 2 tablespoons catsup for each half.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
