Caramels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white Karo syrup
14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Put in
a large pan.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes after it starts to boil.
Pour onto greased pan.
Let cool 24 hours.
Cut and wrap in waxed paper.
Store in cool area.
Yields about 2 pounds.
