Chicken With Duck Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    8 oz. jar Russian dressing
    2 pkg. dry onion mix
    8 oz. jar apricot jam
Preparation
    Put chicken in roasting pan (13 x 9-inch); leave uncovered. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
