Cranberry Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 apple, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Stir Jell-O into hot water until dissolved. Add cold water. Refrigerate 2 cups liquid until thickened.
    Reserve 1 cup at room temperature. Stir the cream cheese into this cup until smooth. Oil mold and pour cream cheese mixture in. Chill. When the 2 cups Jell-O are thickened, chop the apple and add to Jell-O along with the cranberry sauce.
    Pour into mold over cream cheese mixture and re-chill.
