Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
    1 clove garlic
    1 head dill
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Snip the ends off whole green beans.
    Wash and drop beans in boiling water.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Pack in sterilized pint jars and add red pepper, garlic and head of dill.
    Then heat cider vinegar, water and salt to boiling and pour over beans.
    Seal jars Makes 3 pints.
